With a strong background as a former CTO and Chief Academic Officer in the EdTech industry, Reno brings a rare blend of technical insight and educational strategy to design and content innovation. As an author, storyteller, and creative technologist, he transforms traditional learning into immersive digital experiences—everything from interactive eBooks to animated education modules.

He believes that meaningful communication begins with appreciation, often sharing that “a simple note of thanks” can be the most powerful incentive to inspire a team. Under his leadership, Fig49 blends strategic thinking and engaging visuals to produce digital content and eLearning solutions that educate, entertain, and truly connect.

His journey in computer graphics spans multiple disciplines, from animation to visual storytelling, each medium refining how he think, design, and communicate. Over the years, He  had the privilege of working with leading names in the industry, including SAPPI and Silver Ant, Malaysia, where he sharpened his craft and expanded his global perspective.

While he value every project he has been part of, it’s the entrepreneurial drive that truly fuels his work. Co-founding Fig49 allowed him to turn that drive into action—building not just visuals, but experiences. To him, content creation isn’t just about how things look, but how they feel, how they connect, and how they transform communication at its core.

As the Principal Designer at Fig49, Uday bring together the worlds of visual storytelling, instructional design, and e-learning technology to craft compelling and impactful digital learning experiences. With a strong foundation in cutting edge tools & technologies, he specialize in designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content that are not only educational but also engaging and intuitive.

He is adept at creating responsive e-learning content optimized for multiple devices and platforms, and fluent in a range of authoring tools and multimedia design software. His organizational skills allow him to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality or deadlines.

Above all, He is driven by a passion for learning and creative growth—deeply inspired by Picasso’s words:

“I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.”
